Check-in starts from 2:00 PM, while check-out is available until 12:00 PM. Guests are required to present a valid photo identification and a credit card upon arrival. To ensure a smooth check-in process, guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated arrival time in advance.

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary depending on the accommodation type selected. Guests are advised to review the specific terms and conditions applicable to their chosen room or package at the time of booking.

A refundable damage deposit of IDR 20,000 is required upon arrival and will be collected in cash. The deposit will be refunded in full at check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the accommodation.
